The UAHRMA mentorship program is designed to connect University students, with experienced professionals. For students, this partnership will provide insight into the workplace by sharing relevant career experience and knowledge transfer. For business professionals, the program qualifies as hours towards CPHR volunteer requirements. The program runs from October 2022 to March 2023, giving mentors and mentees enough time to meet the required 8 hours of meeting time.
