Hey everyone! My name is Aya Ismail and my pronouns are she/her. I am going into my 5th and final year of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and minoring in Psychology. I wanted to join UAHRMA because this association personally helped me with my journey in furthering my understanding and interest in HR and I wanted to help other students feel the same way and build connections in their future careers, whether that is HR or a different field.

 

In my free time, I like to watch hockey, specifically the Oilers, and I enjoy reading and spending time with friends and family!
