I felt like HRM teaches you a lot of skills that are transferable in all other fields of business, which is something I wanted to learn more about. I am looking forward to HRC West and meeting people from all over the country during the 2024/2025 year!

I was inspired to join UAHRMA because I wanted to be part of a growing, dynamic organization that focuses on inclusivity and helping other students succeed, while also learning more about how HR influences our everyday lives. I am very excited for the UAHRMA annual Case Competition! It’s an amazing event where participants get to tackle real-world cases, showcase their outstanding skills, and have fun while doing it.

My favorite activity is eating. I’m a big foodie and love to try new foods and cuisines.
