Being an HR major, you are already in a very niche community. Whenever I tell people I am in HR, they ask me, "What do you guys do?" by joining UAHRMA, I want to create awareness about my field and encourage people to explore how much of a rewarding and diverse career it can be! Plus, through UAHRMA, I get to meet other HR majors and professionals, which is a great way to build community! :) I am super excited for all the Case Competition based events! It's always exciting to see the incredible presentations the teams put together!
