2019/2020 Executive Team Recruitment

The University of Alberta Human Resource Management Association (UAHRMA) is recruiting for the 2019/2020 Executive Team! Descriptions can be found below along with the link to apply! 

PRESIDENT

The President is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the club and is the Chair of the Executive Committee and Election Committee. The President oversees all portfolios within UAHRMA and is the main point of contact for the club.

VP ACADEMIC

The VP Academic is responsible for planning programs and events for the association. The VP Academic will delegate his/her director and the rest of the executive committee to execute the Mentorship Program and "It's Debatable." 

 

VP CORPORATE RELATIONS

The VP Corporate Relations is responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with external organizations, partners and affiliates. The VP Corporate Relations will be responsible for keeping up to date on the University of Alberta and Students' Union risk management policy.

 

VP EVENTS

The VP Academic is responsible for planning programs and events for the association. The VP Academic will delegate his/her director and the rest of the executive committee to execute the Mentorship Program and "It's Debatable." 

 

VP FINANCE

The VP Finance is responsible for creating and presenting group budgets. The VP Finance possesses signing authority on the group's bank account and will be responsible for handling group funds, making regular cash deposits and approving expenses. 

 

VP MARKETING
The VP Marketing is responsible for all marketing campaigns for the association which will include designing and printing posters and posting on UAHRMA's social media networks. The VP Marketing will also be in charge of updating the website.
