The University of Alberta Human Resource Management Association (UAHRMA) is recruiting for the 2020/2021 Executive Team! Descriptions can be found below along with the link to apply!

PRESIDENT

The President is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the club and is the Chair of the Executive Committee and Election Committee. The President oversees all portfolios within UAHRMA and is the main point of contact for the club.

VP ACADEMIC

The VP Academic is responsible for planning programs and events for the association. The VP Academic will delegate his/her director and the rest of the executive committee to execute the Case Competition and Resume Review Night 

​

Academic Director

The Academic Director is responsible for assisting the VP Academic in planning the Case Competition and Resume Review Night. Duties include finding a case partner, and the logistical planning for events. 

​

VP EXternal

The VP External is responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with external organizations, partners and affiliates. The VP External will be responsible for keeping up to date on the University of Alberta and Students' Union risk management policy.

VP EVENTS

The VP Academic is responsible for planning programs and events for the association. The VP Academic will delegate his/her director and the rest of the executive committee to execute the Mentorship Program and "It's Debatable." 

 

EVents Director

The Events Director is responsible for assisting the VP Events at planning programs and events for the association. The candidate will succesfully execute the Mentorship Program and "It's Debatable." Duties include contacting professionals for the Mentorship Program and logistical planning for "It's Debatable".

VP FINANCE

The VP Finance is responsible for creating and presenting group budgets. The VP Finance possesses signing authority on the group's bank account and will be responsible for handling group funds, making regular cash deposits and approving expenses. 

 

VP MARKETING
The VP Marketing is responsible for all marketing campaigns for the association which will include designing and printing posters and posting on UAHRMA's social media networks. The VP Marketing will also be in charge of updating the website.
